I wanted to thank you and Ms. Phyllis for everything that was done for my mothers funeral. The matching cards and book were so unexpected and yet so on point and greatly appreciated. We had a lot of comments on the cards! Also, in my opinion, DO NOT LET Ms. Phyllis go anywhere! LOL! She rocked every aspect even having the 2 young ladies handing out the cards. We never even saw the gentleman until he walked up after the service was over and asked where Phyllis was which was a little surprising as she was standing by the hearse. I hope you did not have to pay for his services.

I certainly do not anticipate or wish to have your services anytime soon, but am so glad you are there when needed.

Mr. Wiley and Ms. Gilliam went above and beyond in making my sons home going celebration one that I will remember for life......From the trumpet player, the presentations and the programs, everything was a representation of my sons life while here. Even allowing his father and I to “tuck him in “ at the wake was an amazing honor.....Their service is exceptional, their prices are the best around and if they don’t have something you want, they’ will get it!!!!!!! I had no idea about the funeral process and Ms. Gilliam came to my house and walked me through the entire process. .Although the pain of losing my son is unbearable, the team at Colbert-Wiley was there holding my hand every step of the way. They are a business but they genuinely care about people!!!!!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Our family was very pleased with your assistance and services, and we enjoyed working with your friendly and sympathetic staff.. Your attention to details, professionalism, and extras were very appreciated. Thank you for the personalized masks for us to wear at the viewing because of COVID, the thank you cards, blanket, signage, website announcements, and help with newspaper obituaries. Our mother looked beautiful in her pink dress and white gloves with a strand of prayer beads in her hands. The trumpet playing of the hymnal "In the Garden" touched all of our hearts in more ways than we can express.

It was with great sadness during these trying times, I was unable to attend my fathers funeral.
