“Bryant,” as most called him, worked for the C & O Railroad for 45 years as a signal engineer. He was a
great husband, father, and “Pa,” and a true renaissance man. He worked hard and provided for his family
with his knowledge and amazing ability to build, fix, and take care of everything. He was a lifelong avid
gardener and outdoorsmen, enjoying fishing and hunting and winning top honor in the State Big Game
Contest with an 18 point buck in 1969. He also liked to read and get things done. The patriarch of our
family will be dearly missed.
A private service will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to
the Alzheimer’s Association.
