Obituary
Mrs. Wilhelmina Maria Dillenbeck, of New Canton, VA, passed away on Saturday,
January 14, 2023 at her home after a brief illness. She was 73 years old.
Willie, as she was known to most, was born on January 15, 1949 in The Hague,
Netherlands. She emigrated to America with her parents, Dirk & Helena Vooys
Brand, at the age of 7. After a brief stay in Virginia, her family settled in
Canajoharie, New York.
She married Oliver G. Dillenbeck, on January 22, 1977. Together they raised their
5 daughters in Fort Plain, NY. After retirement, they moved to central Virginia,
where they enjoyed a quiet life with their horses.
Willie is survived by her husband, Oliver, and their children, Tina Dottino, Corina
Allen, Kristina Schultz, Tammy Dillenbeck & Peggy DeBlock. She also leaves behind
11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, as well as siblings Henrietta Asher
Nero, Marianne McFee, and Richard Brand.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Georgina Dee
Dillenbeck, as well as her mother-in-law just one week prior, and father-in-law.
