Theresa (Payne) Anderson

Theresa Payne Anderson 61 departed her life at home August 15,2023 peacefully to be with the lord. Born March 14, 1961. She was preceded in death by her Father Louis R Payne Sr. Her Aunt Darlene Payne, Her uncle Marshall Payne. Her Grandma Estelle Payne and Lillie Bell Patterson. Her niece Le'Deria Payne. She was a member of Columbia Baptist Church where she joined at an early age. She always kept her faith in the lord. She enjoyed cooking, reading her cookbooks, sitting on her porch drinking wine and family cookouts.

Theresa is survived by her Mother Rosa L. Payne, husband Calvin Anderson, Her daughter Tinesha Payne(James). One granddaughter that she loved dearly R'Tia Payne. A devoted sister Janice Payne (Shaun) ,sister Denise Brown (Marvin). Two brothers Louis R. Payne(Peggy), Micheal A Payne. A Devoted niece Shannon Payne. Her nieces and nephews were her world Demetrice Payne ,Lakeya Payne,Chay Payne, Valencia Henderson,Steve Watkins,Brandon Watkins, Donte Cabell, Antwan Ross, Cynthia Lewis, Amy Watkins. 

Also left to cherish her memory are two devoted Uncles Fermy J Payne Sr. and Robert Johnson. The devoted cousins Fermy J. Payne Jr"Ted", Gary Payne, Mary Johnson. 

Her Aunts Mary Bowles, Barbara Watkins, Mary Ross, Linda Hill. She left behind her devoted and faithful friends Lillian Payne, Teresa Bland, Shirley Gregory, Sofia Bland, Tammy Sue Besecker and Connie Edmonds. Her dedicated and loyal hairstylist Peaches. 

 Theresa started her career at UVA hospital where she worked for over 10 years. Followed by that was Armstrong Furniture until they closed down, where she then transferred to Martha Jefferson Hospital, where she worked until 2019. Her last job was at Fluvanna County Public Schools until her health prohibited her to continue working. Theresa enjoyed everything about her life and everyone in it. She lived her best life.
