Jerry William Johnson Sr.

Jerry W. Johnson Sr. was peacefully called to rest on Thursday December 10, 2020 at Hot Springs Nursing Home, Hot Springs Va.
He was born in Albemarle County to the late Fletcher Johnson and Blanche Porter Johnson, then later moved to Fluvanna County at an early age. He became a member of New Fork Baptist Church at an early age. He worked as a truck Driver for years, then worked at the University of Virginia. His longest employment was with Ivy Industries in Charlottesville Virginia until retiring. He leaves to cherish his memory, three sons, Jerry W. Johnson Jr., Brian Johnson (Alease), from Goochland Va., Todd Johnson ( Margo) of Rancho Cuca Mongo Cal., Karen Chambers of Charlottesville Va. and a special son-in-law, Timothy Chambers of Monroe Nursing Home, Eight grandchildren, Five great-grandchildren, two sisters, Carol M. Jones (James) Alisa  S. Smith (Terry), two brothers, Paul Johnson (Alice), George Ferguson (Sharon) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
