George "June" Patterson Jr.

George Patterson Jr.  (June) 92 of Bremo bluff, Virginia departed his life on Wednesday July 27, 2022 at Cedars Nursing Home in Charlottesville, Virginia. He was born on June 18, 1930 to the late George Patterson Sr., and Victoria Patterson. 

He was preceded in death by his sons, Cecil Opie, Joseph Ross, and step-son David Ross. He was also preceded in death by his sisters Mary Alice Johnson, Sarah Patterson, Lilly Bell Patterson, and brother Joseph Patterson. 

George (June) gave his life to Christ at an early age, and joined Cloverdale Baptist Church. June worked many years building houses with Rittenhouse Builders. June was well known in the community, and surrounding area, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

He leaves to his memories, one daughter Helen James of Bremo Bluff, Virginia, one grandson Coreay Ross of Cumberland, Virginia two granddaughters Tiffany Daniels of Richmond, Virginia, and Brittany Jasper of Troy, Virginia, 10 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
