Franchia Deloris Bland

Franchia Deloris Bland, 69, of Richmond, Virginia, departed this life peacefully surrounded by
her loving family on December 12, 2021. Deloris was born on October 20, 1952, in Columbia,
Virginia to the late John Henry and Carrie Lee Bland. In addition to her parents, Deloris is
predeceased by her sister, Carolyn Jackson.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving children, one son Travis B. Bland of Fluvanna,
two daughters, Latrice M. Bland, Raven N. Bland both of Richmond. She is survived by thirteen
grandchildren; four sisters, three brothers, a host of nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
At the request of the family, a private Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday,
December 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Colbert-Wiley Funeral Home at 467 Bremo  Rd. Bremo Bluff, VA 23022.
