“Come unto to me, All that are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest” Matthew 11:28
God saw that you were weary, so on November 1, 2022, He called you home from labor to reward. Earl
Donell Booker was born on July 5, 1950, to the late John and Classie (Gough) Booker. He is preceded in
death by his sister, Wanda Chambers and brother Bruce Gough.
He joined Mourner’s Valley Baptist Church at an early age. Earl always enjoyed the simple things in life,
and he was happy when just spending time with family. He always made friends where ever he went,
he would always catch your attention by saying “ Hey Buck”. He had a smile and laugh that would just
melt your heart. Whenever, He heard music playing, he was always ready to do some dance moves. Earl
always had an eye for a lovely lady and when he saw one he liked, he started to refer to them as “my
girlfriend”. He found a lot of happiness and joy in attending the Day Support Program at Crossroad
Services. He would always say, “ I’m going to school today” Thank You, Sabrina and Heather for always
keeping him on his toes. Seeing y’all was truly the highlight of his day.
He leaves to cherish his memories, Four brothers : John (Pattie) Gough, Cecil (Annie) Gough, Hayward
