DeAngela (Bowles) Marrs

Deangela Bowles Marrs, 58 of Charlottesville, Virginia, went to be with
our Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 30, 2024. Dee was born on
January 17, 1965, to Charlene Bowles and the late Freddie A. Bowles of
Fork Union, Virginia. She was a member of Thessalonia Baptist Church.
Dee was a graduate of Fluvanna County High School where she ran
track. She attended Piedmont Virginia Community College where she
studied computer technology. She was employed by Sams Club,
Charlottesville, Virginia. She loved camping, kayaking, snow tubing, and
going to the shooting range for fun. She is proceeded in death by her
father Freddie A. Bowles, one son, David Allen Michael Marrs, one
brother Maurice A. Bowles, two grandmothers, Mildred Wood and
Mary Bowles.

She is survived by her mother Charlene Bowles of Fork Union, Virginia,
three brothers, Freddie L. Bowles (Bertha) of Afton, Nathan T. Bowles,
Sr. (Pamela) of Bremo Bluff, Jerod Logan of Buckingham, Virginia, a
sister-in-law Catherine Bowles of Nelson County. She is survived by her
three beautiful grandchildren that meant the world to her, Alyssa,
Audrey, and River Marrs of New York. She is survived by a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins, 3 uncles, 7 aunts, and a special great aunt,
Marie Hillman of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Our heartfelt thanks to Wiley Funeral Home, 467 Bremo Road, Bremo
Bluff, and to everyone for their phone calls, cards, visits, and all the love
that has been shown to us. A special thank you to the Albemarle
