David loved Football (Dallas Cowboys), fashion was one of his greatest attributes. He loved his family, especially his kids.
David had a little saying when it came to his mother." I know my moma loves me even when no one else does."
He attended Boushall Middle where he played football. Later, he finished his education at George Wythe high school. David was such a funny individual, always talking smack. Any and everyone who knew him know that he was a comedian. That slick smile and sweet talking will truly be missed.
David was preceded in death by his oldest brother, Travis Horton, and his maternal grandmother, Nancy Horton.
His memories will be cherished by his mother, Vanessa Horton devoted, father, David Shannon (Kimberly), His loving grandmother, Judy Shannon and loving grandfather, Charles Woodford Sr. He leaves to also cherish his memory 3 daughters, Dataijah Silas, Dashaniyah Johnson, and Diamond Horton, 2 sons David Horton Jr, And Thriston Horton. 3 sisters Darika Horton(devoted) Shakhia Shannon, and Daveisha Shannon. 1 devoted sister in law Ashley Walters, 3 brothers Damont Springs, Dominique Shannon and Rontrell Carter, 1 brother in law Michael Washington, four aunts, Peggy Woodford, Nancy Woodford, Ebony Shannon and Trice Whitaker (Demetris); three uncles, Charles Woodford Jr., Shawn Shannon, and Kevin McKeithan(Sasha); a host of cousins; one devoted Alinqua Woodford; aunts and uncles; and a host of other family and friends.
