Charlotte (Bland) Jones

In loving memory of our sister and aunt, Charlotte Bland Jones who gathered her wings and was ushered to her heavenly home to be with the Lord on July 12, 2023. 

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Hallie Pervall Bland and James Bland; brothers, Oscar and Lawrence Bland and sisters, Ruth Elizabeth Bland and Scharlean Bland Pervalle.

Charlotte received her education at the Fluvanna County Public Schools, where she graduated as valedictorian of her senior class. She furthered her education attending college in Washington, DC. 

Charlotte leaves to cherish her memories; brothers, Henry Bland (JoAnne), Columbia, VA and John Bland, Goochland, VA and sisters, Priscilla Bland Brown, Dallas, TX and Virginia White, Charlottesville, VA. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, who loved her dearly. 

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. 

We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Medi Home Hospice of Glen Allen, VA for the care and comfort they provided.
