Charles Edward James

Charles E James son of the late Mabel and Henry James, departed his life on this side to go live with the Lord, on Friday March 8, 2024.  Charles was born September 3, 1950 in Fluvanna Va.
Charles accepted Christ as his Lord and saviour at an early age and continued until his passing.
He attended school in the county of Fluvanna, after graduation move on to college for a short time. Charles worked various jobs, retiring from St. Brides Correctional Center, Chesepeake VA As Luientant. he also retired after 10 years from Fork Union Military Academy.
Charles loved Music! Singing,Playing Guitars, Piano & Keyboard. He was the Minister of music at Evergreen Baptist Church for many years, He also played for many other churches over the years.
Fishing was the thing he loved to do , and traveled all over with his fishing buddy Banks, doing what they did best.
Charles will be greatly missed by many, who met,knew& loved him, especially his lovely wife of over 20 years, Anne M. James.
He leaves to cherish many memories: His wife, Anne James, One son, Charles Jr. 4 daughters, Chrystal, Tamika, Latisha, and April, Two Sisters, Julia (Alex), Janice (King Solomon) Three Brothers, William ( Sarah) , Sam (Karen), David (Karen) grandchildren, great grand children, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
