Charles Vincent Elliott Sr. (Charlie) was born in Syracuse NY on April 12, 1967 to Luvernice Elliott and Russel Elliott.
He accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age. Charlie loves to fish and to cheer for his son at his baseball games.
He also loved to spend time with his family and friends.
Charlie had a warm and caring heart. He would go out of his way to help anyone in need, consistently spreading his love and affection.
